Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district of Delaware, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action within ten (10) business days.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AdeBlog.com may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
